A Southern Belle from the Heart of Dixie (Alabama)! My name is Quella Hardwick and I started out as a K-12 Educator; this experience helped me get to where I am today. I now create training curriculum and e-learning content for the workplace. Working with Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, I love to create e-learning courses that are visually appealing and engaging. I have developed curriculum and training programs for instructor-led and web based training on a variety of topics. As a Training and Development professional, I am passionate about improving the performance of humankind and groups in organizational settings.
